Lately I've been trying to embellish some of my old clothing instead of buying something new. The easiest project was using fabric glue to attach some felt flowers and leaves from Stampin Up! to a sweater. It turned out pretty cute and I even washed it on the delicate cycle and the flowers stayed intact!
That's really cute! In last Sunday's LA Times there was an article about a LA designer who rehabs old cashmere sweaters with applique & embellishments. Now why can't our projects ever get "discovered"? Haha.
